Seller status<\/h3>\n
A seller may present different status.<\/p>\n
The main status are:<\/p>\n

- Active: the seller is available to have his business activity through the marketplace<\/li>\n
- In\u00a0vacations: The seller declare to be on vacation. This status allows temporarily not to present its offers to the marketplace customers and thus avoid receiving commands he would be unable to treat. However, this status allows to fully manage its offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

To\u00a0put your account into vacation mode,\u00a0go to your Cdiscount Marketplace web interface<\/a>\u00a0: Settings > Your store settings<\/p>\n

Seller’s performance indicators<\/h3>\n
In accordance with our quality improvement measures, we are focusing especially on the Quality of Service offered by our MarketPlace Sellers.<\/p>\n
That is the reason why some indicators are available to check\u00a0your performance, at several levels :<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n

- Orders monitoring (for example:\u00a0product shipping rate, delivery date accuracy rate, …)<\/li>\n
- Customer satisfaction\u00a0(for example:\u00a0orders with claim rate, orders with refund rate, …)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
We recommend you to have a special daily attention to these indicators in order to keep a quality compliant level and avoid any sanction.<\/p>\n

Please note that in order to protect the customer, the Hosting Website will be entitled to remove partially or totally your offers in case of uncompliant rate over the last 30 or 60 days of operation.<\/p>\n
